This is Georgia Elliott, who was born in Ohio and became Deaf from meningitis at age five. She went to Illinois School for the Deaf in 1876 and graduated in 1887. She was among the first women students to enter Gallaudet College for two years. She taught at Missouri School for the Deaf for five years before marrying Philip J. Hasenstab. She died in July 26, 1941 and is buried at Fairmount-Willow Hills Cemetery in Willow Spring, Ill.
