Description about the painting:
This painting is Chuck Baird, world famous Deaf Artist. He was one of the co-founders of the Spectrum,
art colony for Deaf artists in Texas in the 1970s. De'VIA movement was first established in 1989 at the Deaf Way I, in Washington, DC. He was one of the eight Deaf artists who signed the Manifesto. Chuck passed away on February 10, 2012.
