Description about the painting:
This painting goes to Stop Bullying Deaf Children Deaf Vow to Be Silent No More campaign.
The monochrome children are the Deaf children who have been bullied by mainstreamed programs,
or never went to Deaf schools, etc., etc. The list goes on. The black and white refers to bland life towards depression. The color background are the 'friendly people' (Mask of Benevolence) who encouraged
parents of Deaf children to constantly learn to listen and speak and ignoring their own Deaf identity
and their natural preferences. That is their deaf mind and heart, their hands and eyes; their visual language.
The message says 'Stop Bullying Deaf Children, Deaf Vow to Be Silent No More.' There is a hidden
message in the painting.
