Day 4, March 4th, painting of the series '31 Days in March Project.'

This is Merv Garretson in 1984, worked at Gallaudet University. One year ago, Merv bought a painting print of George Veditz from me. He called to tell me how much he had loved the vivid colors. This is why I made this portrait of him in these colors. Merv passed away on January 9, 2013, age 89.
