This painting is George William Veditz. This year in 2013, is George Veditz's 100th celebration of Preservation of Sign Language and he is proud! 1913-2013. If you look at him in the eyes and walk away, you can see he is following you. This is strong primary colours and the white color is the focal point. Simple and strong.
