Description about the painting:

This painting is inspired by Deaf Artist, Susan Dupor's Destiny 1962, where the painting says, "Embrace yourself, you will buy ten thousand hearing aid batteries." With this painting, after seeing so many propogandas on CIs and LSL/AVT on Deaf babies, this gives a brighter future for new parents with positive attitudes. "With ASL, you and I will thrive together." This means a new parent wants to learn ASL and to thrive together with her newborn Deaf. And the newborn Deaf mind will thrive more and more.
