Description about the painting:

This painting is about Audism that happened at vocational rehabilitation department. Deaf clients get low paid jobs, or jobs that are not in their field, or odd jobs or none. In some cases, Deaf clients do not get the help they needed. There is audism everywhere from vocational rehabs. This has been going on for years. The system fails. The door behind represents DVR and the three persons are Deaf clients. The black, blue and white on Deaf clients represent AUDISM. They have blue tapes wrapped their hands-AUDISM. There is a hidden message.
