Description about the painting:

This painting is inspired by the Summer Palace Peterhof in Saint Petersburg, Russia. These statues are the 'Grand Cascade' at the Peterhof. Long thin white stripes are the water fountains. The hands are spelled as D e 'V I A. See photo of the Grand Cascade. The five USA Deaf artists including myself went to Saint Petersburg on August 29, 2013 and stayed till September 2nd, for the International Art Exhibition with 86 Deaf artists.
